Meet Mitchelle

Mitchelle Drulis is a Democratic Assemblywoman representing New Jersey’s 16th Legislative District. Before being elected, she spent many years working behind the scenes in state and federal government, including serving as chief of staff to Assemblyman Joe Egan and later as district director for Congressman Tom Malinowski. Her background centers on constituent services, labor issues, and community advocacy, and she now brings that experience into her legislative work. In the Assembly, she serves on committees focused on labor, state and local government, and community development, where she supports initiatives aimed at strengthening public services and protecting workers.t.
